Delivery Information

Shipping way

Marmetic OÜ ships to any country in the world through an international delivery service, with a tracking number and entry costs in the destination country included (taxes, duties, etc.). Once the customer places the order, Marmetic OÜ undertakes that the customer will receive the delivery without any additional extra cost.

The cost of shipping may vary and will be calculated based on the country selected as the destination, indicating to the customer in the delivery method selection step at the checkout of the order.

The customer will receive an email with the tracking number of their order once it is shipped.


Shipping time

The estimated shipping time is between 4 to 7 days for all destinations, counting from the moment the payment is correctly registered by Marmetic OÜ (payment by bank transfer will entail the consequent delay until the correct verification of the income).

Situations of force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics and / or any other extraordinary circumstance unrelated to a situation considered normal are excluded from this period.


Receipt of the order

Marmetic OÜ recommends reviewing the order upon delivery and verifying that it is in perfect condition in the presence of the carrier, before signing the delivery. In case of defects, please write it on the signature document and contact us as soon as possible.


Returns

Marmetic OÜ offers its customers a return period of 15 days, starting from the day the customer receives the order.

The item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, keeping its original packaging.


Return procedure

To return an item, the customer must make a request by filling in the return form available in his user panel on the web. Once the request is approved, you must send the article to the address that will be communicated to you.


The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the item. The shipping cost of the order is not refundable, it will be deducted in the refund of the return.

Marmetic OÜ advises customers if they are shipping an item with a high value to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Marmetic OÜ is not responsible if you do not receive the return.


Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer of the receipt of the return. If the inspection is favorable, the refund will be processed in the original payment method used by the customer. If said return involves costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount.


Defective Items - Replacements

In the event of receiving a defective item, the procedure will be the same as for the return, but indicating that the item is defective in the request form.

The customer must take care of the shipment and, after receiving and verifying the item by Marmetic OÜ, the store will assume the cost of the return shipment of the item, issuing a refund in favor of the customer for the amount of transport and sending a new unit replacement at no additional cost. The customer must provide the ticket or invoice for the cost of the return shipment.
